On average our clients train with us 2-3x a week based on their specific goals.
It varies based on the individual program. However, we recommend cardio and stretching to be done at a minimum on your own.
TRX Instructors, FMS (Functional Movement Specialist), AIS (Active Isolated Stretch), Crossfit Kettlebell and Muscle Activation Technique.

Results are individualized and based on your specific goals and commitment to scheduling. We Typically see noticable changes with 3x of week of personal training for 8 weeks.
