On average our client trains with us 2-3x a week based on their specific goals.
It varies based on the individual program. However, we recommend cardio and stretching to be done at a minimum on your own.
TRX Instructors, FMS (Functional Movement Specialist), AIS (Active Isolated Stretch), CrossFit Kettlebell and Muscle Activation Technique.
Contact your trainer 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancellation does not occur within the 24 period, you will be charged for the full cost of the session.
Results are individualized and based on your specific goals and commitment to scheduling. We typically see noticeable changes with personal training sessions 3x a week for 8 weeks.
